This website is owned and operated by OWB Skin Care Pty Ltd (OWB)
The following Terms and Conditions govern the access to, and use of OWB service, website, online store and products.
OWB asks all customers to read the following carefully before making a purchase. Once you have engaged with our service, we will assume you have read our Terms and you will, therefore, be bound by them, at all times, without exception.
Payment & Orders
OWB products can be purchased through our online store. Customers are welcome to browse our product range and are encouraged to contact us for further information or recommendations.
Once you have selected your chosen products, you will be prompted through our online checkout. You will be required to provide us with certain pieces of personal information, in order to successfully confirm your order.
Refusal to provide one or more of the required pieces of information may affect your ability to place an order with OWB.
Please ensure that all of the personal details you have entered are complete and accurate, particularly your shipping address. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been shipped, and any errors in shipping address will result in the loss of your order.
Full payment is required at the completion of checkout.
If for whatever reason payment cannot be taken, you are free to make further attempts. We cannot provide a guarantee that your desired stock will remain available.
Once payment has cleared, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail including an order number, which is to be quoted in any customer service correspondence with OWB.
Cancellation policy
OWB will always endeavour to package and ship orders the same or next business day. For this reason, we are unable to accept any cancellations on orders.
Delivery
OWB Skin knows you can’t wait to receive your products, so we always attempt to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled once tracking number has been emailed.
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days when ordered during business hours. These times may be extended during promotional/sale periods or at busy times of the year such as over the Christmas holidays. You will receive an e-mail to notify you when your order has been dispatched.
We use Australia Post Standard Postage Service for all orders unless you have opted for Express Shipping. Please note that Australia Post are currently experiencing significant freight delays throughout their network, particularly if you are located in a regional area.

Liability
OWB Skin will not take responsibility for any product that is lost due to orders being incorrectly addressed. If this unfortunate event occurs, we urge you to contact Australia Post and discuss this matter with them.
Please note, we can only access postal tracking details for 3 months past the dispatch date. Any delivery disputes after this time are unable to be actioned.
Exchanges
Exchanges cannot be made for products that have been opened or used. If you are exchanging a product due to our error, such as an incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost. To arrange this, please contact OWB with your date of product delivery, order number, and photo of the product.
Promotions
While we enjoy customer participation, we can only accept one promotion code per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specified time frame. If you have difficulty in processing any promotions, please contact us. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest promotions.
Product Ownership
When you have placed your order, we will send you an acknowledgement that we are processing your order, this is not an acceptance of ownership transfer. OWB owns the products until we ship the goods to you with full payment.
Payment
You may pay with Credit/Debit Card that belongs to you or that you have permission to use. All cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses payment to us, we are not liable for any delays or non-delivery.
Risk
Risk of loss and damage of the products are passed onto you upon delivery. Although our products are carefully formulated, should you develop adverse reactions, we will not be held liable once ownership of product is passed onto you.
