RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept returns once your parcel has been delivered to you due to health & safety reasons.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS:
OWB will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty.
- Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods
- Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.
Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.
The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.
Please note: When a package has been damaged in transit with Australia Post - the recipient is to lodge the damages claim. In order to lodge the claim, the damaged item and packaging is to be surrendered to Australia Post to be assessed.
REFUNDS:
If you have not been issued a tracking number, we can refund your order for change of mind. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus a 6% fee when paying with Afterpay, 2% fee via Shopify payments and 3% fee when paying with PayPal.
If you have received your tracking number, we cannot refund your order.
