$8 Flat rate shipping for orders under under $100
Free standard shipping Australia wide with all purchases totalling $100 or more.
We do not ship internationally.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Perth WA via Australia Post.
A tracking number will be issued via email once your order is dispatched.
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 3 business days.
Postal delivery times throughout Australia are experiencing significant delays. These delays are out of OWB’s control and once items are purchased and dispatched OWB takes no responsibility for any freight delays.
Lost or Stolen Items
You must provide a safe and secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home. If you do not wish to give authority to leave your parcel without you being home, please let us know in the 'Notes to seller' section of the website. OWB Skin will not take responsibility in the event for any product that is lost or stolen.
If this unfortunate event occurs, we urge you to contact Australia Post and discuss this matter with them.
Tracking your order online
Upon dispatch of your order, a tracking number will be emailed.
You may track the progress of your shipment at any time via the designated shipping company’s website.
Please ensure you have added your correct email address. If you have not added your correct email address upon completing your order you will not be able to receive the tracking information.
Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order.
Shipping to multiple addresses
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
Liability
OWB Skin will not take responsibility for any product that is lost due to orders being incorrectly addressed. If this unfortunate event occurs, we urge you to contact Australia Post and discuss this matter with them.
Please note, we can only access postal tracking details for 3 months past the dispatch date. Any delivery disputes after this time are unable to be actioned.
